How to make AI ASMR food videos (no script, no voice)

First-person AI ASMR shot of hands sliding through cinnamon buns
One of the scenes from this guide: a first-person slide through an ocean of cinnamon buns.

Most AI videos need a story, a voice or a script. That's slow, so most people never start. This format needs none of that: you pick a satisfying idea, generate it and loop it. It works in any language and in any country, and videos in this format regularly get hundreds of thousands of views.

The whole video is 8 first-person scenes of hands sliding through an endless "ocean" of food. Here's how I make one in about 30 minutes.

1Get 8 scenes from one master prompt

Copy this master prompt into ChatGPT. Change the theme in the brackets or leave it and let ChatGPT pick the foods.

You write prompts for an AI video model that makes oddly satisfying ASMR videos.
Theme: [e.g. "Christmas sweets" / "fast food" / "candy"].

Write 8 scene prompts. Each one is ONE paragraph and follows this template:
"First-person POV, single continuous 8-second shot, 16:9, ultra-realistic ASMR.
An endless ocean of [FOOD] stretches to the horizon. Two bare hands push slowly forward through it,
[how the food moves: sinking, crunching, squishing, bouncing]. Macro detail on texture: [texture words].
Warm soft lighting, shallow depth of field. Sound: [crisp crunch / soft squish / sticky pull], no music.
No people, no faces, no text, no logos."

Rules:
- A different food in every scene, all matching the theme.
- Pick foods with a strong texture or sound (crispy, gooey, jiggly, crunchy).
- Number the scenes 1-8 and output only the prompts.

2Check the scenes

You get 8 ready prompts. Mine started with "an endless ocean of tightly packed Christmas ornaments and red and white candy canes", then golden crispy chicken nuggets, and so on.

Eight scene prompts. You'll use them one by one.

Tip: Each prompt should start with "First-person POV, single continuous 8-second shot". That line is what makes every scene feel like the same video.

3Generate the scenes

Open your AI video generator. I use woso.io: register an account and enter the promo code SUMMER5000 to get free credits. Then paste scene 1 and set:

Then repeat for scenes 2 to 8. Copy and paste, don't change anything in the prompts.

4Put it together in CapCut

  1. Download all 8 clips.
  2. Open CapCut, upload the clips and drag them onto the timeline.
  3. Keep each clip's own ASMR sound. Don't add music: the crunch is the content.
  4. Loop the best scene at the end so the video flows back into the start.

5Upload everywhere

This format has no language, so one video works on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram Reels at the same time. Put the most satisfying scene first: the first second decides whether people stay.
